Lives in: North Asheville.
Asheville could use more… bike lanes and pedestrian-friendly walkways. “Now that I’m pushing a stroller, I realize people go too fast.”
And less… sprawl. “Asheville needs more infill development,” she says. “We’re growing, and if we centralize our growth more, it just makes more sense.”
Favorite activity in downtown Asheville: people-watching.
Best spot for people-watching: anywhere on Haywood Street.
Thinks her best qualities are: being a loyal friend.
Worst qualities: impatient, and too idealistic.
Guilty pleasures: chocolate chip mint ice cream.
What would you do if you won the lottery? “I’d travel to China and maybe some other parts of Asia. I also want to check out Antarctica. And maybe I’d try my hand at a small organic farm… with veggies, horses and goats.” She’d also give to Girls on The Run of WNC, a nonprofit that encourages girls to be active.
